At BeisbolMXShop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps on bats or gloves are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
